O livro é um estudo da dissertação de mestrado, o qual buscou responder o problema sobre as possibilidades e os limites de inclusão de alunos com deficiência visual no Curso de Bacharelado em Direito na UNICALDAS - Faculdade de Caldas Novas para a materialização do ensino e da aprendizagem com respeito à diversidade e às diferenças. Assim sendo, a inclusão no lócus do investigado é visível em termos de adentrar o espaço institucional, ter matrícula, ter o reconhecimento do professor quanto à aprendizagem independentemente da condição ou de ser acometido por alguma deficiência. Contudo, apontam-se as impossibilidades quanto ao atendimento à pessoa com deficiência visual, desde as particularidades do processo educativo em uma sociedade pautada pela inclusão, mas que ainda não respeita as diferenças.
