Foi apresentada em agosto de 2015, em Niterói/RJ, junto ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração da Universidade Federal Fluminense, Área de concentração: Estudos das Organizações no Brasil. Linha de Pesquisa: Estado, Organizações e Sociedade. Fui orientada pelo Prof. Dr. Frederico José Lustosa da Costa.O objeto desta investigação é a Gestão Cultural, suas especificidades, dimensões, características e complexidades. O objetivo da pesquisa foi identificar, classificar e sistematizar a produção acadêmica sobre a Gestão Cultural, no campo da política e da produção cultural, dentro do marco teórico referenciado ao contexto brasileiro.Durante a pesquisa, identificaram-se múltiplas perspectivas que a gestão cultural estabelece e suas conexões entre todos os segmentos que compõem o circuito da organização da cultura. Para identificar, classificar e sistematizar a produção acadêmica sobre a Gestão Cultural, as informações obtidas pela pesquisa são confrontadas com os conceitos extraídos da Literatura pertinente. Dada a abrangência e a complexidade da matéria, a argumentação apresentada foi de caráter sucinto. Apontaram-se algumas ideias conclusivas e sugestões para futuras pesquisas.
