Narra las aventuras de Juana, una niña camaleónica de inteligencia feroz, que habita en simultáneo varios lugares del Caribe como Barranquilla y Ciénaga. La obra original, por sus características físicas y su diálogo entre textos e imágenes, es toda una rareza de la literatura colombiana que pocos han tenido la oportunidad de ver, pues en su momento solo se imprimieron 1000 ejemplares numerados. Esta edición de la Editorial Universidad del Norte es una réplica del libro original, para que los lectores conozcan al detalle el ingenio y la vanguardia de estos dos grandes artistas nacionales.
