Mit dem Pflegeberufegesetz wurde die Ausbildung in der Pflege zum 1. Januar 2020 auf eine neue rechtliche Grundlage gestellt. Das Buch erörtert die jeweiligen Rechte und Pflichten der an der Ausbildung beteiligten Akteure anhand der Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen den Auszubildenden, den Pflegeschulen und den ausbildenden Praxiseinrichtungen.Für die zweite Auflage wurde es aktualisiert, um Ausführungen zum Distanzunterricht und zur Sanktionierung von Ausbildungsdefiziten ergänzt und vor allem um ein ausführliches Kapitel zum Prüfungsrecht erweitert.
