Demografischer Wandel, verĂ€nderte Anforderungen im Berufsleben und neue Formen des freiwilligen Engagements benennen Chancen, aber auch Herausforderungen fĂŒr die ehrenamtsbasierte Katastrophenhilfe. Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben, Politik und auch Unternehmen sind gefordert, die ZukunftsfĂ€higkeit des Ehrenamts im Katastrophenschutz sicherzustellen.Der vorliegende Band ist im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts INKA (Professionelle Integration von freiwilligen Helfern in Krisenmanagement und Katastrophenschutz) entstanden.
