Gli atti dell'Istituto, conservati presso l'Archivio storico di BancaIntesa, permettono di focalizzare alcuni nodi del rapporto tra credito industriale e sviluppo delle PMI, con il riferimento ad una letteratura interdisciplinare che attinge sia all'analisi storico economica sia alle conoscenze in materia di economia industriale e di tecnica bancaria.
