Entre los motivos que nos impulsaron a proponer estas relecturas todavía, se cuenta precisamente la pregunta no solo por los modos en que se leyó y circuló su literatura en los últimos treinta años, sino a la vez la pregunta por la ubicación rara, insuficientemente pensada, como en desfase o a destiempo, de un autor de los sesenta que publicó un tercio de sus libros de poesía (una decena de títulos) entre 1993 y la primera década de este siglo. En este sentido, presentamos una obra que busca no solo revitalizar la obra de Gelman, sino también reflexionar sobre las razones que mantienen u poesía vigente y necesaria en la actualidad
