O grande gargalo das execuções fiscais está situado na fase de localização dos bens do executado. Esta difícil tarefa – e por que não dizer exaustiva – contribui para a suspensão do processo, e o pior, fica constando nas estatísticas como um grande número de processos parados no Juízo competente. Como forma de amenizar essa situação penosa, alguns Tribunais de Justiça do nosso País estão fazendo uso da Inteligência Artificial e obtendo resultados satisfatórios. Enquanto o "robô" promove as tarefas repetitivas de cobrança on-line que antes eram feitas pelos servidores, estes serventuários da justiça passam a ser aproveitados em atividades para as quais eles se prepararam para o ingresso no serviço público. E o bom é que o robô trabalha sem parar. Então, por que não utilizar esta prática na Justiça Federal, tendo em vista que a União repassa para os demais entes federados uma grande parte da arrecadação dos tributos? Por esse motivo, resolvi discorrer sobre o tema. A Justiça Federal também engloba as Justiças do Trabalho e Eleitoral e o objeto de cobrança dessas justiças especializadas envolve tributos que, chegando aos cofres públicos, custeiam serviços de utilidade pública, fundamental, pois, ao atendimento do bem-estar social.
