Am 14. November 2023 findet die Luzerner Tagung zum Stockwerkeigentum das 13. aufeinanderfolgende Jahr statt. Der Tagungsband enthält die übliche Besprechung neuerer Gerichtsurteile durch Jörg Schwarz. Amédéo Wermelinger untersucht die Tücken des Bewilligungsgesetzes: Dieses ist problematisch, weil der Erwerb und die Bewirtschaftung von Grundeigentum dadurch dauernd eingeschränkt werden. Überraschenderweise betrifft diese Einschränkung auch Personen in der Schweiz. Bei baulichen Massnahmen stellt sich oft die Frage, ob die Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaft nicht allenfalls Fremdmittel aufnehmen kann. Michel de Roche zeigt auf, dass dies eben auch möglich wäre. Beim Bau von Stockwerkeigentum ist manchmal auch ein Mobilitätskonzept erforderlich. Dazu äussert sich Christoph Zurflüh. Die Umsetzung eines Fotovoltaikvorhabens in einer bestehenden Überbauung im Stockwerkeigentum beziehungsweise das Fotovoltaikprojekt und der Zusammenschluss zum Eigenverbrauch im Stockwerkeigentum werden aus juristischer Sicht von Stefan Mattmann und aus praktischer Seite von Marco Derungs dargestellt. Es handelt sich also wiederum um einen sehr spannenden Tagungsband für die Praktikerinnen und die Juristinnen.
