Byen som etnografisk living lab formidler resultaterne af et antropologisk forsknings- og samarbejdsprojekt, hvor borgere deler oversvømmelseserfaringer med kommunale embedsfolk, hvis arbejde det er at klimatilpasse byen og beskytte den mod oversvømmelser.
