Grundlage ist eine erstmals erstellte Erhebung, Zusammenstellung, Auswertung und Diskussion von Lehrplänen des Studienfachs Germanistik/Germanische Philologie an sämtlichen staatlichen Universitäten Polens, deren Kern eine quantitative und qualitative Aufschlüsselung der untersuchten Curricula bildet. Ihre Arbeit leistet damit einen Beitrag zum aktuellen internationalen Diskurs über die Chancen, Herausforderungen und Grenzen für die Fremd- und Fachsprachendidaktik im germanistischen Studium im Kontext einer engen Zusammenarbeit von Hochschulen mit dem wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Umfeld.Magda Grzybowska examines the current state of philological and didactic training in German Philology in Poland. She analyses both the teaching of foreign and specialised languages for professional purposes as well as the training of specialised language teachers. Her analysis is based on the first-ever survey, compilation, evaluation and discussion of curricula in German Studies and German Philology of all Polish state universities and focuses on a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the curricula examined. Therefore, her work contributes to the current international discourse on the opportunities, challenges and limits of foreign and specialised language didactics in German studies in the framework of a close cooperation between universities and the economic and social environment.
