Zum anderen zeigten sich nun erst recht Resilienz, Einfallsreichtum und Beharrlichkeit der verbleibenden Familienunternehmer*innen.Nach der friedlichen Revolution machten sich viele Unternehmer*innen aus Ost und West auf, die Familientraditionen wiederzubeleben. Auf den harten Strukturbruch in den 1990er Jahren folgte eine partielle Reindustrialisierung.
