Diese Vorschriftensammlung fasst die wesentlichen Bestimmungen zusammen, auf die der Baupraktiker bei seiner täglichen Arbeit dringend angewiesen ist und berücksichtigt dabei die aktuellen Rechtsänderungen.Das Werk enthält zum einen aus dem Bauplanungsrecht das Baugesetzbuch sowie die verschiedenen Fassungen der Baunutzungsverordnung und zum anderen aus dem Bauordnungsrecht die Landesbauordnung sowie die Allgemeine Ausführungsverordnung, die Verfahrensverordnung, die Feuerungsverordnung und die Garagenverordnung ebenso wie die VwV Stellplätze und die VwV Feuerwehrflächen. Zum Teil auszugsweise sind zudem Bestimmungen anderer, das Baurecht berührender Rechtsgebiete abgedruckt, so das Denkmalschutzgesetz, das Bundesnaturschutzgesetz und das Naturschutzgesetz sowie das Nachbarrechtsgesetz. Ein ausführliches Stichwortverzeichnis rundet das Werk ab. Die Textausgabe hat den Stand Januar 2024 und beinhaltet insbesondere auch die Änderungen durch das Digitalisierungsgesetz.
