Convém ressaltar que até mesmo para uma demanda tão geral e elementar quanto a garantia do mínimo existencial, o tributo torna-se um fardo coletivo e atinge a todos os cidadãos. Por fim, espera-se que este estudo instigue outros estudiosos a se debruçarem sobre o tema.
