Die Rechtsakten der Kanzlei Oskar Samek dokumentieren von 1922 bis 1938 diesen Kampf gegen Zeitungen, Verlage und Schriftsteller, der selbst nach Kraus' Tod fortbestand. Erstmals setzen sich in diesem Band verschiedene Literatur- und Kulturwissenschaftler: innen mit den Akten auseinander – aus biographischer, literaturwissenschaftlicher und politischer Perspektive.
