Ascoltando, guardando, sentendo e toccando l'oceano in cui io sono immerso, ho tentato di portare a galla frammenti di roccia appartenenti alla mia caverna, a questo mio abisso: alla Mia realtà. Ma, con queste insignificanti e fuggevoli parole, non è mia volontà conferire una spiegazione alla mia voce, a quest'impalpabile errante "velo", talvolta alienante. Farlo, vorrebbe dire annullarla, concederle significato e pertanto sterilizzarla. Emozionare; ri-animare i sentimenti dal proprio naufragio e trascinare il lettore nei feroci "impacci" da essi derivanti; ri-collocare lo stesso alla propria inconosciuta caverna, in quell'implacabile ed ineludibile gioco di traduzione, di perdita ed acquisizione, che è lo scontro ed il conflitto tra le innumerevoli realtà che abitiamo o tra le difformi ed illusorie immagini della medesima "verità". Questo, forse, il mio proposito. Leonardo Cagnazzi, nato ad Altamura il 19 Aprile 2003 e proveniente da un modesto paese denominato Santeramo in Colle, dà inizio al suo percorso di studi frequentando il Liceo Scientifico del medesimo paese. Si tratta di anni in cui, stimolato dalla sua passione per la lettura, ma in particolar modo dalle lezioni di letteratura e filosofia, inizia sempre più ad avvicinarsi al mondo della scrittura e, con maggior interesse e slancio, al pensiero filosofico. Terminata la fase liceale, spinto da forte curiosità e passione, si iscrive alla facoltà di Filosofia dell'Università Aldo Moro di Bari ed in contemporanea intraprende il suo percorso professionale entrando a far parte della Polizia di Stato. Una fase della sua esistenza che lo porterà alla stesura e conseguente pubblicazione della sua opera poetica inedita, già da tempo ad egli appartenente.
