Protection to expecting women extends to pregnant students exposed to teratogenic chemicals in chemistry laboratories. The book explains how and where to get information about the teratogenic potential of chemicals and how to properly handle these chemicals in the laboratory. The book also provides a list from RTECs of toxic chemicals which can cause reproductive effects.
