Infect, theorganizational environment is not static in this competitive world, someorganizations are organic with stable environment while some otherorganizations are mechanic and very turbulent within continues changingenvironment. Hence, "there is a need for strategies to achieve agreedorganizational goals and objectives giving a sense of purpose anddirection of the organization because of the technological, social andeconomical environment changes and competition among rivalorganizations"2. Strategy is therefore, the linking force in-between theorganization and its environment.The purpose of this essay is to acquire an understand of theOrganizational Strategic Planning Processes. It explain how to assessthe existing organizational internal and External environment issues byfurther analyzing the organizational environment aspects into Strength, weakness, opportunity and Treats (SWOT analysis).Next it will explainthe strategy formulate process by developing a Five years Strategicplan that would improve the current organizational aspects of theorganization.Finally, it will deal with the strategic plan implementation throughdevelopment and combination of annual operational plan and monthlyaction plans to strategy implementation plan at corporate level in thepractical case of SOYDAVO Development LNGO as None Profit LocalOrganization operating in Togdher Region of Somaliland.
