The researchers, therefore, conducted a qualitative study to examine characteristics that differentiate an excellent nurse from others.The study investigated what experienced nurses considered as the best nursing practices and behavioral aspects that can assist in the development of a framework that can act as a guide to talented nursing students to enhance their professional excellence and satisfy the expectations of professionals in the clinical nursing environments.
