In Terror Town: The Resurrection of the Hoodrats, we follow adventures of musicians Jimmy Lacquer, Michael Snuggles, and Marvin Chuckles of the newly transformed R and B and rap group Mix and Scratch as they along with background singers or dancers Diamond "Boots" Johnson and Felicia "Thongs" Taylor as they embark on the first leg of the nationwide tour.

While traveling across the United States of America, the quintet stumbles upon a band of bloodthirsty mutants that are terrorizing a small Midwest community. Then the plot thickens when the quintet discovers that the creatures that eventually became known as hoodrats are actually concocting a diabolical plot that is just as gruesome as the mutants' grisly reputations. Faced with the grim possibility that the creatures can destroy the entire city, the quintet must find a way to stop the hoodrats before countless lives are lost.
