El libro nace de una indagaciĂłn prolongada sobre la pedagogĂ­a en la formaciĂłn de docentes de inglĂ©s. En conversaciĂłn crĂ­tica con estudios anteriores, la examina como un constructo atravesado por la colonialidad y propone reimaginarla desde un horizonte plural y decolonial. Frente a visiones instrumentalistas que perpetĂșan jerarquĂ­as epistĂ©micas, desborda la nociĂłn singular de pedagogĂ­a y la abre a pedagogĂ­as relacionales y encarnadas, capaces de resistir la racionalidad neoliberal. A partir de distintos estudios, analiza cĂłmo la pedagogĂ­a opera como significante cautivo, fijado por rigideces semĂĄnticas y repeticiones institucionales, evidentes en las polĂ­ticas bilingĂŒes colombianas. Mediante tres hilos —pedagogĂ­a colonial, pedagogĂ­as crĂ­ticas y pedagogĂ­as apĂłcrifas— cartografĂ­a tensiones entre Ăłrdenes dominantes y expresiones desplazadas. Al concebirla como biopraxis, prĂĄctica vivida y disruptiva, la obra convoca una reflexividad encarnada que abra futuros pluriversales. Desde mi lugar como formador colombiano, este libro es crĂ­tica y provocaciĂłn para pensar, hacer y sentir de otro modo.
