I have kept these secrets close to my chest for years, never revealing how I accomplished so much in so little time. I didn’t do it all alone of course. Nobody makes it to the top without coaches or mentors. What I learned from my mentors and from the school of hard knocks cost me millions, but it was worth every cent. It has only been recently that I have decided to share this powerful body of knowledge with a few highly motivated individuals, who’ve become members of my ‘Entrepreneurs Inner Circle’ mastermind group.
What you are now reading is just some of the ideas which have made me and my partners literally tens of millions of dollars.

Before we can conduct any business or build a business, we need to understand the changes that are taking place, technologically, socially and commercially.
As a community, be that local, national or global, we are undergoing MASSIVE change. In the past decade I’ve seen tremendous change take place globally. For example, with the introduction of the internet, you aren’t just competing with the person in the same state or country, your competitors could be tapping into your target market from across the globe.
You now have to become a very strategic marketer so you can outthink and outperform your competitors.
Technology is advancing with such acceleration that recent headlines seem almost unbelievable. Our bodies and faces are becoming our passwords. Amazon’s Alexa assistant has announced one of its new features in development is that it can understand human emotions, and a robot is being created to judge gymnastics in Tokyo’s 2020 Olympics. With so much investment and interest in driverless technology, it’s even possible the children of tomorrow may never need to learn to drive. Think about that for just one minute! As a matter of fact, right now there is a prototype flying car, Yes!! You read it correctly… a flying car.
Opener’s BlackFly is an American electric-powered VTOL ultralight aircraft and car designed by Canadian Marcus Leng. It was publicly introduced on 12 July 2018, after nine years of development.
With so much Game Changing technology accelerating at such a fast pace, more than ever we need to be using solid business and marketing strategies if we are to survive in business.
The internet is an ever-expanding and increasingly more omnipresent part of the fabric of society. Our world is gaining more access points in more places, connecting billions of people to the collective knowledge of mankind. 
As the world ushers in an era of technological innovation, ironically, it begins to need to humanise. True, machines and software can often outperform people at tasks with more efficiency, but the execution lacks artistry and emotion which comes from being human. Showing emotion, and the ability to tell stories, will give you a huge advantage in this new digital era. 
Nowadays there are more women in the workplace, which is changing the face of business. Did you know that women account for 85% of all consumer purchases and that women control over $20 Trillion in worldwide spending?
Here’s some interesting stats on what women are the key decision makers for, and buyers of; 91% of new homes, 66% of PCs, 92% of vacations, 80% of health care, 65% of new cars, 89% of bank accounts, 93% of food, 93% of pharmaceuticals.
So there are many different things that need to be taken into account when you’re marketing your product or service. Is your current marketing approach working when selling to women? Or is it geared towards men? If it doesn’t have a strong appeal to women then you are losing a huge part of the market share.
You see, statistically speaking, 80% of start-up businesses fail in the rst ve years, and of that remaining 20%, a further 80% of them fail in the next ve years.
This is the sad truth about running a business, so you need to be very serious about the marketing of your business and take a proactive approach every day.
Having been hands-on in branding, marketing and creative thinking for innovative brands, I have witnessed this change and I believe that some things will remain fundamental – communication will continue to be one of them. It’s my belief that standing apart in a highly technological future means being more human, more emotionally vulnerable and more empathetic than brands have ever been before.
Most businesses don’t know what their customers think. They ignore or underestimate their competitors’ strengths while overestimating their own. They do too little research to get their message right, and too little marketing to ensure continued growth and profitability of their business.
The combination of delusion and an inaccurate message causes marketplace failure, management, employee, and franchisee dissatisfaction and an ever shrinking bank account. But, you can feel better by blaming the government, interest rates, your staff, the shopping centre management for high rents and not enough business in your store, or your franchisor for not getting you enough clients and for still charging you a royalty every month even when you’re not making any money. Does this sound familiar?
From my 25+ years of business mentoring, consulting and counselling, and while travelling around the world giving seminars and workshops to tens of thousands of people and businesses, there’s one critical thing that I’ve observed and that stops people becoming truly successful.
