This thesis suggests that creating awareness on aspects of contract law is pivotal in present-day independent music exploitation and the processing of multilingual multimedia content on a worldwide level. The main contribution of this thesis relates to the use of terminological suggestions covered by the expert term glossary and conclusions deriving from the analysis of legal language based on comparing contract texts.
