Make yourself comfortable – taking time out for yourself 
 and focus on your breathing – take two or three long, slow, deep breaths and each time – focus on the outgoing breath 
 blow it out gently by way of the mouth 
 slowly, easily 
 is the way to let go. If any thoughts intrude 
 smile and ignore them 
 you know their game 
 just let them go. Now – become aware of your legs – useful things – and stiffen the muscles in your knees – stretch 
 hold 
 relax 
 stiffen 
 relax 
 and notice how good it feels as you release any tension from your leg muscles 
 point your toes 
 and relax 
 feel the energy flow.
Now – do the same with your shoulders, arms and hands 
 tense and relax 
 tense and relax. Fan your fingers out wide 
 and let your hands relax. Stress check often, until you relearn the art of relaxing – you will respond more appropriately when a need arises 
 you will respond with SRA 
 spontaneous right action.
Now, your face and jaw muscles – grimace, stretch your jaw – mouth wide open – waggle your head 
 relax. Close your eyes tightly 
 open 
 now let them close gently and feel the sense of relaxation spread all the way down to your toes – and notice how good it feels. And from time to time 
 just relax 
 stretch and relax to Phase One 
 stay tuned in to yourself 
 and choose to feel good.

And now go even deeper into relaxation – deeply into the deepest realm of creative mind 
 control mind 
 the treasurehouse mind 
 and reach out to the child-mind within 
 see her smile as you reach out and embrace 
 you are going on a journey together 
 a journey of your choosing 
 because then 
 of course 
 all journeys are of your own choosing 
 though we sometimes forget how we make the choice 

And it’s night-time now – a glorious night of moonlight and stars – a night made for lovers 
 a night when even the angels sigh 
 and you are deep in a mysterious forest 
 and the moonlight is shining on an ancient temple deep in the darkest part of the forest.
Great silence 
 and you enter 
 surrounded by a strange violet light that illuminates a great hall 
 and strange but kindly people appear – and they invite you to sit with them 
 and one, who is a beautiful woman with radiant green eyes 
 makes a gentle gesture with an elegant hand 
 and a glowing ball of golden light is there in front of you 
 and she smiles and explains 
 and one by one, all the people in your life who have hurt or harmed or shamed or betrayed you in any way 
 appear 
 one by one 
 and as each one appears 
 you see how you have contributed in some way or another 
 perhaps just through your presence 
 to whatever happened between you 
 in ways your conscious mind conveniently forgot 
 and will now recall 
 you will see clearly how the relationship problems arose.
In the stillness that follows 
 the person who hurt you the most will appear 
 when the person is here – your ‘Yes’ finger will rise.
    Is the person a man or a woman?
   Who is it? Convey your feelings 
 express them fully now 
 as you couldn’t do before 
     What do you want to do to him/her? 

    (Physical release). Now 
 can you forgive 
 and forget?
Come back now and know that you can travel alone to that temple in the forest 
 to that centre of power and control in yourself – to find your answers to whatever you need to know 
 to resolve whatever problems you need to resolve 
 to become aware of all your options in life 
 to make wise choices 
 to be guided to spontaneous right action 
 every new moment of now.
You are a centre – a focal point – for vast creative expression 

    Open to it – open to it 
 know where the power is 
 go there 
 you will be helped 

You will be healed 
 right in the moment.
    Be grateful 
 be discreet 
 move on to greater things.
    You will find that you do better than well – much better than well.
You excel.

CHANGING EMOTIONS

First the event – then the emotion – then the thought – then your reaction.
    Anything that stirs the same emotion can trigger the same response 
 triggered a few times 
 it establishes a trace 
 a pathway 
 a habitual pattern of response 

    The stronger the emotion – the stronger the habit 
 and fear of rejection is a strong motivator 
 our basic need is for love, respect, support, acceptance, approval.
    And we need that acceptance ourselves 

   Accepting ourselves as we are 
 and blossoming from there. You can’t blossom – striving to become – like expecting a plant to grow if you keep pulling it up to examine the roots 
 speak to the roots – yes 
 that’s where the real work is done!
    How are you 
 what’s happening down there? Can I help in any way from here? Perhaps by just letting you be 
 so 
 dream for 60 seconds.
Anger: that’s a secondary response 
 what feeling causes the anger 
 what caused the previous feeling?
    Press your shoulders back and take a long, slow, deep breath and as you exhale 
 feel yourself relax.
    You can’t relax by doing something – you relax by doing nothing 
 you first do something – you tense – then relaxation can happen.
    You can’t change from what you know 
 you will bring what you know into the future with you. You change from what you have forgotten 
 from a state of mind beyond the beyond that you know – from long before your mother and father were born. So I don’t point out a new path in life for you – I show you how to expand your options. I don’t advise you to choose a lifestyle – that’s your business. You’re already full of advice 
 of what others think.
Back to childhood 
 back to those impressionable years 
 learning to adapt our feelings to our circumstances 
 forming habit patterns 
 some maladaptive feelings of low self-esteem – inability to cope, fears of rejection that stifle our ability to realise our true potential 
 I’m going to mention some feelings 
 and you will link and connect the feelings to real events in your life.
  • Jealousy for example – feeling that you are not getting the attention you are due – and jealous of someone who seems to be getting your share 
 wanting to be the centre of attention 
 link and connect to a real event 
 your index finger will rise when you’re there.
  • Anxiety 
 anxious to make a good impression 
 worried about what people will think 
 uptight. Be there and indicate when you are.
  • Possessiveness 
 Not sharing things 
 everything’s mine.
  • Avoiding responsibility 
 It wasn’t my fault – it was your fault.
  • Feelings of guilt 
 It was all my fault 
 I’m going to keep feeling bad about that.
  • Perfectionism 
 Everything has to be my way – do it my way or it’s wrong.
  • Playacting 
 Pretending there was something wrong with you to avoid doing something.
  • Link and connect to a time when you did that.
And know that we all do our best – at the time – the best within the bounds of your life understanding 

So just relax and forgive 
 live and let live 
 learning to handle our emotions 
 our relationships 
 is part of the game of life 
 you will find that you can play it 
 and win.
