To access Perlego’s library, each user is provided with a personal subscription, granting them unrestricted access to our full library of books. Administrators at the organisation have access to an admin portal called Subscription Manager which allows them to monitor and manage their users.

Each user creates a personal Perlego account as part of the organisational plan. Admins will share a registration link for users to set up their account with a unique username (typically their institutional or corporate email) and password. Subscriptions are individual and cannot be shared, providing each user with a personalised experience, including access to their own content library, notes, highlights, etc. If a user no longer needs their subscription, the admin can revoke it through the Subscription Manager, making it available for reassignment. The new user will then set up their account with their own login details.

Perlego works on a price per subscription. Up to 50 subscriptions, you’ll pay an annual fee per subscription and get unlimited access to the full collection of 1M+ titles. For over 50 subscriptions, we offer discounts based on the volume of your purchase and the institutions’ unique needs. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice with the payment details. If you are purchasing up to 100 subscriptions directly from the website, you will be able to pay via bank transfer or credit card. For 100+ subscriptions, you will be asked to pay via bank transfer. 

If you are purchasing up to 100 subscriptions directly from the website, you will receive access to your Perlego admin account within 24 hours after your payment is received, and you will be able to provide access to your users straightaway.
