How does Perlego work for institutions or organisations?
To access Perlego’s library, each user is provided with a personal subscription, granting them unrestricted access to our full library of books. Administrators at the organisation have access to an admin portal called Subscription Manager which allows them to monitor and manage their users.
How do Perlego subscriptions work?
How do Perlego subscriptions work?
Each user creates a personal Perlego account as part of the organisational plan. Admins will share a registration link for users to set up their account with a unique username (typically their institutional or corporate email) and password. Subscriptions are individual and cannot be shared, providing each user with a personalised experience, including access to their own content library, notes, highlights, etc. If a user no longer needs their subscription, the admin can revoke it through the Subscription Manager, making it available for reassignment. The new user will then set up their account with their own login details.

Perlego works on a price per subscription. Up to 50 subscriptions, you’ll pay an annual fee per subscription and get unlimited access to the full collection of 1M+ titles. For over 50 subscriptions, we offer discounts based on the volume of your purchase and the institutions’ unique needs. We work with leading academic publishers such as Wiley, Cengage, Harvard University Press, and many more to aggregate their content in one simple space. We're continuously expanding our catalogue by adding new titles every month.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice with the payment details. If you are purchasing up to 100 subscriptions directly from the website, you will be able to pay via bank transfer or credit card. For 100+ subscriptions, you will be asked to pay via bank transfer.
How soon is access granted?
