channeling

insights

and
much
needed
narrative

design
visualization.
Indeed
writing
a
book
gives
one
a
bit
of
license
to
shoot
off
the
anonymous
email
or
phone
call
and
ask
what
might
be
an
ill-formed
question.
In
every
case,
my
queries
