Das Buch stellt einerseits das für das Verständnis von Krisen relevante Wissen aus Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft und Kommunikationswissenschaft zur Verfügung. Es besticht andererseits durch einen konsequenten Praxisbezug mit zahlreichen Beispielen, Handlungsempfehlungen, Checklisten und Tipps.
