Ziel der Arbeit ist daher, die potenzielle Kundenorientierung im Controlling einer differenzierten Betrachtung zu unterziehen, um gestaltungsrelevante Tatbestände zu identifizieren und Anwendungsvoraussetzungen ausgewählter betriebswirtschaftlicher Instrumente darzustellen.
