Zur Schließung bestehender LĂŒcken entwickelt er ein Konzept und einen Implementierungsvorschlag fĂŒr ein medizinisch-soziales Netzwerk, das neben der Steigerung der LebensqualitĂ€t der Patienten insbesondere die Effizienz des Versorgungssystems verbessern soll. Aus den Erkenntnissen werden allgemeine Erfolgsfaktoren fĂŒr die Gestaltung medizinisch-sozialer Netzwerke abgeleitet.
