Dr.Ing. Peter Becker

Dr.Ing. Among other things, Peter Becker worked for NATO and today is Managing Partner of Personalberatung Steinbach und Partner.
He studied electrical engineering from 1976 - 1981 at the TU Darmstadt. 1982, he began his industrial career as a development engineer for sensor technology, microelectronics and signal processing. In the framework of a German-American technology transfer, he spent two years in the US, where he worked as a project manager for the development of on-board computers in a NATO anti-tank missile system.
1989 earned his doctorate extra-occupational at the TH Darmstadt in the field of control engineering / aviation technology. As head of research and development changed Dr. Becker 1993 became one of the world market leaders in flow measurement technology in Switzerland, where he was appointed 1997 Managing Director for Marketing, Sales, Service and Development. In addition to his professional duties devoted himself Dr. Becker intensively questions the organization and process optimization as well as the personnel development. 2000 returned to Germany to take over the chairmanship of the management board in an internationally oriented group of companies in the electrical engineering industry. He completed an individual psychology postgraduate course and a further education as a systemic coach, focusing in particular on personality psychology and aptitude diagnostics. For many years he was a sponsor and juror in the network Nordbayern. As a side job he is active in the education of pastors and coaches. 2005 changed Dr. Becker as a personnel consultant for Steinbach and Partner Executive Consultants. His main areas of expertise are the search and selection of qualified specialists and executives - above all for internationally active industrial companies - and in the personnel development of executives (aptitude diagnostics, coaching).
