Cablegram A telegram via underwater cable. Commercially this is being replaced by the telex system. See Cable or Telex Transfer.
Cable Laid or Hawser Laid A rope pattern consisting of three strands of left hand twisted rope, each strand being an individual rope.

Nowadays cabotage air fares are applicable to groups of air travellers between countries with mutual agreements and where state licences are issued to operate these special flights.
